Eva Amurri shares her Tiki Bunny Cocktail

Holiday entertaining is totally my jam. There is nothing that I love more than having friends and/or family over for a really festive holiday celebration and creating memories that last a lifetime. My family was ALL about holidays growing up, and those are still the best memories I have of growing up. Hosting people, eating, drinking, laughing, and feeling like our home was someplace special to gather. I hope my own kids grow up feeling the same way!

I’ve mentioned it on this blog before, but Easter was always a really important holiday growing up. I’m still so inspired to create fun ways of celebrating with my family, and this Easter I wanted to celebrate Easter AND my recent sense of wanderlust all in one place! I’ll be in Italy for Easter this year, and Kyle will have the kiddos in the south to spend time with his extended family, so I figured we’d celebrate a little early at my house. I wanted to craft a fun cocktail, and decided on a fun Tiki Bunny theme! Who doesn’t wish for a little tropical weather this time of year? LOL. These cocktails are so adorable served in hollow chocolate bunnies, and they serve as a fun favor to take home too. I went with a riff on a Piña Colada for the cocktail inside the bunny, which is so easy (and just as delicious) to serve without alcohol for younger or alcohol-free guests.

I also think this could be the CUTEST idea for a baby shower! Let me know if you try this fun and festive Tiki Bunny Cocktail!
