My Bathroom Reveal

The primary bathroom in our new home is quite literally the bathroom of my dreams. I love how light and bright it is, I love that it has TONS of storage, and I love that it has both a roomy tub and an enormous shower. I don’t think Ian has ever in his life been able to actually stand completely upright in a shower he’s lived with until now! It feels like it was made just for us! Ha! When we first moved into our house, I really loved how simple and clean the bathroom was. While it has been my impulse in homes past to wallpaper the bathroom and add lots of texture and color, I decided that for this one, I wanted to keep it very close to how it was and to add black and white photography and flowers.

I love how simple and calm this space has become, and I love how the only pops of color are from the green orchids beside the bathtub. When I come in here, I feel so zen. I will also say that I probably wouldn’t have ever thought to put in three shower heads, but I’m obsessed with them. One is the overhead rain shower, one is at an angle, and one is handheld. Our whole family is obsessed with this bathroom, and I’m excited to officially share it with you today!
