I figured it was high time for a Spring cocktail amongst our ranks! One of my favorite things ever is enjoying a cold, refreshing cocktail out on the patio while the kids play in the yard. Usually, after the kids eat dinner, and before bath time, I let them have one more epic run around in the backyard and really get all their wiggles out for the day. It’s kind of an amazing time in our neighborhood because you can hear all the neighborhood kids doing the same thing and the entire street fills with sounds of playing kids. It’s so awesome, and kind of the fantasy I had whenever we decided to move from city living to the suburbs. The kids will literally stand on the rock walls and fences and yell across the yards at each other. It’s so cute!

I’ve been loving this Rosé Punch Cocktail recently because it’s so refreshing, has fresh fruit incorporated, and just the right amount of bubbles. Plus, the Campari mixed in is an aperitif and gets me ready for dinner! I hope you love this one as much as I do! It’s worth noting that I love using strawberries and citrus for this, but you can use any fresh fruit you have on hand to sub out. Just make sure you really muddle it nicely to get all the juices going.
