End-of-summer parties and back-to-school get-togethers are in full swing right now, and it’s fun to get a little festive for them! Anyone who knows me can tell you that I LOVE a theme. Everything in life is made better when there’s the common thread of a theme running through it! LOL. For summer get-togethers, I like to think of a fun theme, particularly for cocktails and food. Recently I had a little summer night at the beach with friends and kids and decided to make a batch cocktail that everyone could enjoy. Batch cocktails are my favorite because they’re SO easy and can be transported without much fuss. Today, I’m introducing you to my super easy, delicious, and summery Pirate Punch! It’s impossible to have a bad time at the beach or pool when you’re sipping on one of these! I love the blend of juices with the rum and amaretto. This is the perfect drink for all you fruity cocktail lovers!

Make sure to have a bunch of shatter-proof glasses on hand, and make the garnish ahead of time to store in Tupperware in a cooler. It makes your drinks look even more impressive! Wishing ye a grand ‘ole end of summer, matey!
