Eva Amurri shares her summer self-care routine with daughter Marlowe

The end of Summer is here, and I had a ton of fun. I will admit, however, that year after year my self-care rituals tend to take a bit of a beating over the summer months. I have WAY less time for myself, as I try to navigate the kids’ busy schedules as well as my own. Not to mention the fact that Summer weather can really wreak havoc on my hair, skin, and nails. I usually come out of summer with lovely memories…and the need for a major glow-up. I’ve been getting lots of questions lately about beauty and self-care rituals, so I thought I would share a bit about how I get myself back into shape in terms of investing care into myself and my needs. Fall is a great time to commit to better routines. I’ve been involving Marlowe a lot more in my rituals as well! She doesn’t necessarily partake in them if they’re not age-appropriate, but I like to have her learn from me what it means to allow yourself that time just for you and whatever your body or soul is craving. As a woman, I hope she learns from me that it’s ok to take care of yourself and to find rituals that make you feel beautiful, strong, and relaxed. Also, to have a facial hour with my daughter in matching pajamas I designed is just too much fun. I couldn’t resist! LOL. I hope you love some of these self-care products as much as I do!

I just love this! I put some items in my basket for my college student. I figured she could do a end of summer self care with some of the girls on her floor. Thanks for these great suggestions. 💚
