Eva Amurri shares her Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe

One thing about me is that I LOVE Bar Snacks. Any kind of pub food, like chicken fingers, sliders, buffalo chicken wings, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, YOU NAME IT! As a true Spicy Girl at heart, nothing is too spicy for me, and thus began my love for Buffalo sauce. The great thing about making your own Buffalo sauce at home is that you can make sure that you use non-dairy butter if dairy is an issue for you. I love making my own buffalo wings in the air fryer, and shredded buffalo chicken is even easier to throw together in my slow cooker!

With Father’s Day coming up this weekend, I thought I’d share my super easy and delicious recipe for Buffalo Chicken Sliders. This is such a great meal or snack to throw together for gatherings of any size, and the prep work is minimal. I love slathering mine in blue cheese dressing, with some blue cheese crumbles and pickles on top! Plus, shredded lettuce is a must.

You can even double up this recipe if you’d like, and save the shredded buffalo chicken to use in other dishes! I love making quesadillas with it, or topping salad with it for a dose of spicy protein. If you’re Paleo or low-carb, you can also grill veggies and top them with the shredded Buffalo Chicken for a super protein-and-fiber-rich meal. The short of it is: you need this recipe in your life! Let me know how you like these sliders if you end up making them!
