Are you hosting Easter or attending an Easter celebration where you need to bring a dish to pass? If so, I have the perfect option for you – My Baked Proscuitto and Asparagus Puff Pastry Packets! These warm, flaky, and delicious packets make for the perfect appetizer or side dish. They were a huge hit in my family and my kids even liked them!

Easter is such a family-focused holiday for me. We’ve been gathering, dyeing eggs, cooking, eating, and drinking on Easter as a family for as long as I can remember! One thing we always did for Easter gatherings was allotting one person or family to do the main course (we usually had lamb) and then allowing other family members to bring sides and/or appetizers as this was convenient for them. It was so nice to get a taste of everyone’s cooking this way, and it was way easier for my parents to dish out the cooking responsibilities a bit while they were also hosting. Whenever I do large get-togethers, I like to employ this technique as well…and I always offer to bring something if I’m attending as a guest. Especially if I’ll be coming with my whole family of 5! As a result, I’ve perfected some delicious and fancy-ish side dishes that are simple to make but really make a large impact. And today I’m sharing one of my favorites!

These baked prosciutto and asparagus puff pastry packets are beyond delicious, and they look beautiful too. My kids even devour these! I like serving them with a honey mustard dippings sauce on the side because that mix of sweet and tangy is just SO good with these. Let me know if you end up trying them out!
