Eva Amurri shares her Summer Frose Recipe

I have to admit that ever since Christmas I’ve had a lowkey obsession with my Ninja Slushi Machine. We enjoyed playing around and testing recipes throughout the Winter and Spring…but like a Jedi Master biding his time, I knew that the Summer was when my Slushi skillz would truly shine! When the many hours of recipe testing, recipe enjoying, and recipe analyzing would reach a crescendo of success! Is this the most unserious obsession I’ve had to date? Doubtful. But is it the most delicious? YES. I’d say that our favorite recipe I’ve perfected would probably be my Piña Colada, which can be easily searched on the internet, and adjusted to be Virgin for the minis very easily. I haven’t really made my own additions to this recipe– happy to point you in a delicious direction on that one if desired!

HOWEVER! (and caps are necessary) Frosé, in my humble opinion, is an often bungled recipe– and one I was determined to conquer. I personally LOVE a great rosé wine in the summer months, and when the weather is scorching its even more appealing when frozen. I’ve noticed that most Frosé I’ve tried is cloyingly sweet and just doesn’t hit right. I was determined to fix this. After trying quite a few recipes in my Slushi machine, I present to you my Summer Frosé Recipe of dreams! It’s super yummy, and drinks more like a cocktail instead of a glass of wine…ie, it’s much more fun. Don’t forget to drink responsibly, and let me know if you try this! It’s MomLife patio approved!
