Eva Amurri shares her Mom-osa Bar

It’s almost Mother’s Day! Do you know what you’ll be drinking yet??! LOL. But seriously, nothing screams Mother’s Day like a fabulous specialty cocktail. And what’s better than celebrating in style in your own home? I wanted to offer some inspo this year for anybody wanting to gather at home with friends or family and throw your own brunch! I’ve shared a bunch of Mother’s Day food recipes over the years, so make sure to look those up if you want to figure out what to serve…but this year I dreamed up something that I literally CAN NOT WAIT to see in action: a Mom-osa Bar! Yes, this is a cute play on words to make your classic Mimosa cocktail a bit more holiday-worthy. And I’m serving up some gourmet mixers to compliment the prosecco I plan to serve. You and your friends will absolutely love this fun entertaining idea!

For the Mom-osa Bar itself, I wanted to make sure I had 4 gourmet juice mixers to add to our prosecco. Feel free to use champagne here in place of the prosecco, but to be honest I wouldn’t waste money on real champagne when you’re going to be mixing up drinks with it! For my mixers, I decided on four solid but slightly adventurous flavor blends: Peach and Ginger, Strawberry and Tarragon, Pineapple and Mint, and Blood Orange with Cinnamon. These all turned out SO delicious, it’s impossible to even choose a favorite!

If you plan to entertain yourself, I’m including this printable HERE, to make your Mom-osa bar look extra professional. Simply print it out, pop it into a frame, and you look like you’ve opened up your own brunch spot! I hope you have the absolute best time celebrating the Mom figures in your lives, and if you are a mom yourself make sure to bask in the glory that is Mother’s Day!

Is it wrong to admit that as I live in England and don’t have kids, the main reason I visit this site is the amazing cocktail recipes?!
