Daddy Day is right around the corner, and no I’m not talking about Pedro Pascal’s birthday. LMAOOOO. That was for my fellow Pedro lovers and nobody else. Ha! Jokes aside, so many families will be gathering in just a couple weeks to celebrate the special dad figures in our lives, and I’m coming at you this week with some Father’s Day content! Starting, of course, with a delicious and simple recipe that any dad will flip for: my Jalapeño Poppers! I know so many of us love grilling on Father’s Day, and serving up burgers, steaks and brats…but I’m here to give you this slightly spicy and delicious recipe that’s perfect as a side dish to whatever else you have on the menu. These Jalapeño Poppers are also a really yummy topper to put on top of homemade chili! I usually do that in the cooler months of the year. Any way you enjoy these, I hope that you and the dad figure(s) in your life have an amazing special day!
