I’ve been walking down Happily Eva After Memory Lane recently, rereading old posts, and checking out some of the great ideas I published back in the day…with not great photography and even worse formatting. LOL.
I’ve been republishing, and even reshooting, some old content because I LOVE the OG content so much and want to do it justice! It’s a fun way for new readers to look back and see what the blog was like in her infancy!
Speaking of OG content, I wrote a blog post in the first year of HEA all about a fun at-home Entertaining idea for New Year’s Eve. That post had a recipe for my Festive Holiday Sangria, and to this day, it is one of my most-loved cocktail recipes! I have people who reach out to me on IG all the time this time of year sending me pics of them making it!
I’m a Sangria lover in general—I just love the mix of wine and fruit, with a little booze to liven things up…and adding the flavors of the holiday season to this one is just SO yummy. I figured this was the year for it to have its very own blog post, to make it easier to find and also to celebrate a bit more! Plus, it needed some new photos.
I hope you enjoy this batch cocktail as much as I do—it’s so delicious, festive, and most importantly EASY. Please tag me if you make it! I love seeing HEA recipes in action!
