Eva Amurri shares a recipe for The Bourbon Swizzle

This one goes out to the man I sleep next to, and sometimes with. (Hehehehe) While I do enjoy a Bourbon Cocktail, Kyle is the real Bourbon enthusiast in the family.  We were having a couple over for drinks at the end of a hot LA day, and I was looking for a light and refreshing recipe.  May I introduce you to The Bourbon Swizzle?  The Apricot Liqueur gives it a nice fruitiness.  Dangerously drinkable!

I also love these Collins glasses and tray.  They are designed by Todd Oldham for Fish’s Eddy and feature the gloriously kitschy illustrations of Charley Harper!

Details below…

    • Kristi,
FUN!! I bet you’ll like this. It’s a very drinkable bourbon cocktail. Sometimes I find bourbon to be a little overpowering if there isn’t some kind of citrus in it to even it out!
