Living in a costal community in the Northeast, I always get so excited about the onset of Beach Season. We aren’t a family who takes a lot of warm weather vacations during the colder months (I love them, but it doesn’t work out that way) and so when the weather finally turns in our hometown, I feel so giddy! I’m a true Water Baby– I think it’s the Pisces in me– and being near the water just soothes and brightens my spirits.
There’s also something extra special about beach weather when you don’t get to experience it all the time! To celebrate the close arrival of Summer, I usually shop for some new beachwear pieces as I head into Spring.
