Eva Amurri shares her 70s Style Roundup

70s style is back with a vengeance, and giving us all the best Groovy vibes. I don’t know what it is about 70s inspired fashion that instantly makes me feel more relaxed…and much cooler. It’s like the overall chill-quality of the 70s just soaks into the clothes and brings me to a time when the music was amazing, the love was flowing, and the mustaches were robust. LOL. There’s just an intrinsic Cool Factor to 70s Style, and it’s fun to see all the prints and silhouettes trending right now.

If you haven’t noticed, even major fashion houses like Christian Dior, Fendi, and Louis Vuitton have embraced the retro versions of their logos and gone back to the logo print on a lot of their runways. It’s time to pull out your grandmother’s best 70s pieces in the back of her closet, or rummage through the vintage stores in your area. Or, you could always buy something new that has a 70s flair!

Today I’m rounding up my favorite new pieces that exhibit a trendy 70s style. Let me know which pieces are your fave!

70s Style Roundup...

Military denim jacket

$94 (60% Off!)

Dark denim is a 70s style staple, and this incredible denim jacket is SO chic for Fall. I had to get the matching jeans too!

High-rise straight-legged jeans

$59 (60% Off!)

These high-rise dark denim jeans have a slightly orange stitch that makes them so perfectly retro. The fabric has zero stretch, so I recommend sizing up one size so they stay comfy!

Marie tab loafers in suede

$119.50 (19% Off!)

These suede loafers can be dressed up or down for some groovy 70s flavor. Pair them with a wide-leg flair trouser or flowy dress to complete the look!

Hayden Popover Top in Burling Plaid

$72

I can’t get enough of this cool plaid popover top! I’ll be pairing this with black wide-leg denim trousers and a leather biker jacket for Fall.

Lucie Elbow-Sleeve Smocked Midi Dress in Sunflower Field

$128

You’re ready for an outdoor music festival in this gorgeous smocked midi dress. Layer with an oversized denim shacket and lace-up boots for fall.

Wyeth Leather Band Felt Hat

$58

This gorge retro style fedora hat comes in EIGHT colors and is under $60!

Pomeray Chore Jacket

$128

I bought this cotton twill “chore jacket” and I’ve found it’s perfect for layering into Fall. I love the slightly cropped fit and the front pockets.

Gabrielle Sequined Dress

$655

If you’re looking for a dressed-up 70s cocktail look, this beaded number by Retrofete is bound to turn heads, baby!

Caris Dress

$425

This printed mini dress with a large ruffle collar is giving me 70s curtains vibes in the best possible way. This would stun dressed down with cognac-colored flat leather boots for fall, or dressed up with a slinky heel and incredible jewelry.

Rachel Flare Jeans

$189

For those looking to dip a toe into the 70s trend, these white flared jeans are SO cool, but not over the top.

Simone Sweatshirt

$175

This 70s patterned sweatshirt is too fabulous! You can get both pieces for a full set.

The City Sunglasses

$89

If the 70s WERE a pair of sunglasses, they’d be these. These would even make a simple jeans-and-t-shirt outfit look 100% cooler!

Nike DBreak

$100

These Nikes were “it” in the 70s and are now being offered in SO many amazing colors. I ordered these!

Tennis Stripes 70s Dress

$890

This Paco Rabanne striped maxi dress is on my Lust List. The colors and fit are SO fabulous!!!!!

T Monogram Jacquard Barrel

$498

This T monogrammed bag is full-on 70s vibes, and a great entry point to get in on the retro logo trend. This comes in a couple of colorways.

Printed Silk Tunic Dress

$598

Tory Burch has been on a 70s style kick for a few seasons now, and this large-scale floral dress is so pretty for Fall!

Oversized Shacket

$134.95

This ginger-toned shacket is giving me full 70s glamour…and cozy too! Size inclusive!

Satin Maxi Dress

$139.95

This satin maxi dress comes in two colors, and I’m looooving the gorgeous sleeve and full length, plus the wrap detail is super flattering!

Ruffle Collar Ribbed Merino Wool Sweater

$98

I loved this ribbed striped sweater with a slightly ruffled collar from the moment I saw it! It’s a whole outfit in itself and can be dressed up or down really easily.
