My absolute favorite thing to shop for this time of year is a cozy sweater. It gives me something positive to look forward to when I know the temperatures will be dropping for months on end, and I feel like a beautiful and cozy sweater can be worn for years and years and enjoyed like when you first got it. It’s one of the reasons I decided to make a cozy sweater for The Happily Eva After Collection when I was designing that! That sage green, cable knit sweater is still one of my favorite pieces on my Fall/Winter shelf year after year. Whenever I’m shopping for sweaters, I tend to look at a few main factors: 1. Quality over quantity 2. How does a piece fit into my wardrobe? 3. Can I wear it at least three ways? These factors help me make sure I’m investing in the right pieces.
