Eva Amurri shares a recipe for Spiced Apple Bellinis

If you’re looking for a seasonal and festive cocktail to serve this weekend for the holiday, look no further!

I made these Spiced Apple Bellinis at a baby sprinkle I hosted and they were a hit. The sugar and spice rim is also delicious…and looks pretty enough for pictures!

Don’t worry about pricey bubbly for these, the inexpensive bottles go just fine with the apple cider and cut back on cost. And if you’re not a fan of sugar rims, feel free to leave off or adjust to your liking!

I plan to pour these Spiced Apple Bellinis with my cheese board on Thanksgiving while the turkey cooks! Wishing all of you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving holiday!

Instructions

For the Sugar & Spice Rim...

  • Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg on a small plate, and set aside.
  • Rub a lemon or orange slice around the rim of your champagne flute, then dip the rim into the sugar mixture on the plate to create your sugar rim.

For the Bellinis...

  • Once you have your sugar-rimmed champagne flutes, add the apple cider, your cinnamon and nutmeg, and then your prosecco (in that order). Enjoy!
