I’ve been noticing the cargo trend EVERYWHERE, and it’s really been bringing me back! In the early 2000’s all of the style icons were sporting cargo everything. And by all the style icons, I mean my most important one: Jennifer Aniston in her Brad Pitt era. You know the paparazzi photos I’m talking about! Cargo was all the rage, and I used to beg my mom to take me to Abercrombie & Fitch to snap up the latest cargo pieces. Remember the bright orange and olive green cargo pants with elastic waist and ankles?
Cargo style is now back in a major way, like everything else from the early aughts, and I’m here for it! It happens to be a great way for this Elder Millenial to both look stylish and comfortable! Whether you mix cargo-inspired pieces together or wear them separately with simple basics, this look is so easy to pull off.
