Showbiz may seem glamorous from the outside, and the truth is…it is!  Most of the time. (Sometimes it’s 2am and you’ve been running through a freezing cold avocado orchard for fourteen hours, barefoot and covered in sticky fake blood, and you come down with pneumonia afterwards and all anybody can say is “Do you mind if we pick you up a little early tomorrow?”) In any case It’s definitely an alternate reality– for better or worse– which makes it important to not get too caught up in all the drama.  The greatest gift that this business has give me has been meeting some really incredible people.  Especially behind the camera!  One of these incredible people is makeup artist Amy Nadine! She is a beautiful, girly, funny, and sweet human, and happens to be killer at everything makeup. She also shares my love of Taylor Swift (important).  She co-founded the VERY popular beauty tutorial site The Beauty Department years ago,  And last week I was lucky enough to be her model for a pretty eye makeup tutorial!
