Design Crush: Grouped Vases

Let me start with: I LOVE FLOWERS.  So much.  If I had the bank account to have fresh flowers everywhere in my house every single day, I would do it.  I would do this before I bought a plane or an island.  I love arranging flowers as well, and I prefer more organic and wild looking arrangements for my blooms (This is lucky since a looser style masks the fact that I’m a totally amateur florist!)

About six years ago, I started collecting white vases.  Any time I would find a nice one online, in a store, or at a flea market, I would add it to my collection.  I like choosing one color and sticking to it because it creates a more streamlined look throughout the house.  Since amassing a fairly sizable collection, my new favorite thing to do is create centerpiece for my dining room using a selection of my white vases in various heights.  You can use the same mix of blooms, or even use the same flower in four or five color variations and do an ombré effect from left to right.  I slip a little porcelain giraffe in there that I found antiquing to peek out and add a little whimsy to the centerpiece.
