It seems that everyone around me is on some kind of wellness train right now.  And I don’t blame them! I feel the same way! 2019 was kind of a weird year for a lot of people, and this new decade has such a sentiment of new beginnings attached to it…it really does feel like the perfect time to start fresh and move forward in to a strong health and wellness vibe.  I’ve been focusing on pregnancy health myself, but I have tons of girlfriends who are doing nutrition challenges and even “Dry January” to detox! (My Dry January has been Dry July Through March. LOL).

It always inspires me to see how committed people feel this time of year.  I personally find it so much easier to commit to my fitness goals when I have some cute gear to look great while doing it! This may be shallow, but it’s true. Ha! A little motivation can go a long way.  I’ve been shopping for some great pieces, and I thought I would share a little roundup of my faves!

2020 FAVES:

Leopard Print Under Belly Maternity Leggings

Motherhood Maternity

These have been my absolute fave lately AND they’re under $30!

Zip Front Maternity Active Jacket

Destination Maternity

I love the ruching on this, because it allows your bump to be the star of the show!

Beyond The Bump Mesh Maternity Tank Top

Destination Maternity

The shape of this tank top is so flattering for pregnancy and will remain so while in the postpartum phase!

Amanda High Waist Leggings

Spiritual Gangster

I’m a big fan of Spiritual Gangster, and these tie dye leggings are a perfect investment that will last into spring and summer.

UltraBoost 20 Running Shoe

Adidas

These are the newest version of the most popular and highly reviewed running shoe, the Adidas Ultraboost. It’s predecessor, the Ultraboost 19, scored a whopping 96 on the CoreScore from RunRepeat, so I’m guessing the 20’s wont disappoint.

6-Pack Trefoil Superlite No-Show Socks

Adidas

These are my fave no-show socks. They’re moisture wicking and come in these cute colors!

Lay Up Tee

Free People FP Movement

This isn’t a maternity shirt, but it’s shape makes it very forgiving so I can’ still wear it over my bump. Also: Love the thumbholes!

Escape Luxe Hoodie

Sweaty Betty

This is the most flattering sweatshirt ever! It hugs in all the right places and is long enough to cover your butt. It’s pricey but so so worth it!

Ultra Run Sports Bra

Sweaty Betty

This sports bra is really supportive for pregnant and large-chested women, and it uses compression technology ideal for high impact workouts.

Underwire Sports Bra

Wacoal

Women swear by this sports bra from Wacoal and say it’s not only really comfortable but it also provides really good support.

For the regular leggings how many sizes did you have to go up, or were you able to stay the same as before? Only asking because I’m new to this and trying to plan ahead. Thanks!
