I wore this out to dinner in Napa.  As you can probably tell, I’m a sucker for florals, and there is something about this halterneck style that feels so romantic.  Pair it with an easy and neutral wedge, and you can stomp around those vineyards to your heart’s content.  Or drink two glasses of wine and pass out, like me.  I’ve had the ingredients to this outfit for years, but this is my first time wearing them all together!  Details below:
