The Little White Dress (aka the LWD) has been having her moment! We all have our little black dress that makes us feel like a million bucks, and that can work for any occasion (by the way if you don’t have one, get on that!), but one could argue that the Little White Dress is even chicer. Especially for the summer months!
White dresses are so stylish at the moment that there are TONS of fabulous options to choose from, in so many styles and price points. I thought I’d do a little roundup today of some of my favorites, and why I love them.
I like to dress an LWD down with sneakers, or up with a bright slash of lipstick and a great bag and shoe. What I love most about this trend is that the dress is a total blank canvas, which makes it really versatile! I recommend having a casual LWD in your closet, and a more dressed-up LWD. They’re great investment pieces!

I love white but I’ve had to let go of all the white tops in my wardrobe…. turns out I’m too messy to wear white!
Have you tried just bleaching them when they get stains? I actually find white to be the easiest because I can bleach out anything cotton if the kids get it messy!
