When I decided to throw a Halloween Trick-or-Treating party for Marlowe and her friends (and their parents!) I wanted to include a fun and easy craft to focus the kids before we head out on our candy-seeking mission! I had been looking for a treat bag for Lowie for this Halloween, but I kept thinking how bulky and expensive most were, not too mention annoying to store for the other 364 days of the year. So, I thought why not decorate our own inexpensive, fun, and recycleable bags?! Never underestimate a child’s love for stickers. Here’s a little sneak peek of our fun festive kids’ craft idea.
After your child applies stickers, decide together if the witches, bats, or skeletons have anything spooky to say!
Make sure to drop your bags in the paper recycling bin instead of the trash once you’re finished with them!
