Ingredients

strawberries

diced

cream cheese
1
pinch
ground cinnamon
1
pinch
granulated sugar
Instructions
Cut all the crust off the bread, and use a rolling pin to flatten each piece.
Spread cream cheese on one of the edges of bread about an inch in and top the cream cheese portion with diced strawberries.
Roll bread starting from the cream cheese and strawberry end and roll to the other side. Repeat for each piece.
Roll in egg and milk mixture and place in a prepared skillet on the stove. Cook two minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and add sugar, cinnamon and extra strawberries on top if you wish!
