Summer can’t really be complete without a rib recipe, now can it? I thought I would share my favorite ribs recipe, that is really simple.

1 full rack or 13 ribs

brown sugar
1/4
cup
paprika

chili powder

tbsp
kosher salt

tbsp
black pepper

tbsp
garlic powder

tbsp
onion powder

tsp
Coleman's Dry Mustard

tsp
cayenne
Instructions
Apply rub generously all over the ribs.
Place into a covered dish and refrigerate for 2hrs-24hrs. (The longer the better!)
After ribs have marinated, add them to your slow cooker with a cup of water, and cook on high for 4.5 hours.
Paint on the barbecue sauce and broil them for about 6-7 minutes. (You can also grill them!)
