Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees and butter your small ramekins. Peel, core, and cut the apples into small cubes.
Combine the apples with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
Pour the base ingredient mixture into the dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Open up the air fryer and continue cooking for 5 more minutes uncovered.
To make the topping, combine the flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal, and cold butter in a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix (on low speed) until the mixture is crumbly and the butter is the size of peas.
Scatter the topping evenly over the apples. Place the crisp back in your air fryer uncovered for 5 more minutes.
Enjoy with some melted caramel syrup on top, whipped topping, or vanilla ice cream!
