Now that the weather is getting colder there is nothing more that I crave than Hot Chocolate. Introducing these homemade Hot Chocolate Bombs that are the hug you need in a mug! Perfect to make for your family or even your friends for your upcoming Galentine's Day Brunch.
Defrost white chocolate in the microwave for 1 min and than 30-second intervals following until chocolate is liquid.
Fill chocolate molds individually with the chocolate, making sure to really coat the sides and the bottom. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.
Pop the chocolate out of the molds and fill half of them with hot cocoa mix and mini marshmallows.
Take the chocolate molds that aren't filled and briefly heat up the edges in a skillet on the stove. You should only keep it on a low heated skillet for a couple of seconds and than place it onto the filled half- completing the hot chocolate bomb.
Decorate by drizzling white chocolate and sprinkles over the tops of the balls and place into mini cupcake foils.
Final touches include placing it into a cellophane bag and stapling the adorable printable label to it. Give as a gift or enjoy for yourself!
