I'm such a burger girl, but I'll admit that when spring hits I generally am looking to cook lighter and leaner options. These chicken avocado burgers have been such a hit in our house recently that I thought I'd share!
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using clean hands, gentle combine everything together and divide the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat your grill pan on a high flame and spray with some cooking oil. Then carefully place your patties down and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Note: These can be quite messy, so make sure to cook well on the first side to avoid them falling apart when you flip them over.
After your patties have cookies on both sides, and you’ve checked that they’re all at least 165ºF, remove from the grill pan and set aside on a plate until you’re ready to enjoy.
