This recipe is so yummy, and really simple to make. The ice ring makes it Pinterest-worthy and keeps it cool! I combined pineapple and basil, one of my favorite summer flavor combinations, and then added a bit of tart cherry for extra pop.
4tbspbasil simple syrup, (make simple syrup, add 6-8 leaves of basil while still hot, remove from heat, stir, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Strain basil to remove from syrup)

Punch Bowl Ice RingFill a bundt cake pan with the garnishes of your choice. Edible flowers look beautiful, as do fruits, veggies, and even sliced citrus! Fill halfway with water, and freeze for at least four hours. When ready to use, loosen the ice ring by running warm water over the outside of the mold.
