Out of all the Christmas shopping I do, I find the stocking stuffers the most annoying aspect to round up. I somehow always end up scrambling on Christmas Eve to pick up a couple of great last-minute things to throw in there.
Because my kids get really limited Christmas gifts (you can read a whole blog post I wrote about this HERE), the stocking is one of their main presents and thus needs to SLAY!
Since early research for Stocking Stuffers is always top of the list for me this time of year, I thought I would share my picks for the whole family.
I always think retro gifts are really fun for stockings—and I’m especially feeling nostalgia this year. We always used to get Silly Putty in our stockings growing up, for example. Kind of like the prehistoric version of Slime for Gen Alpha. LOL.
One tradition I’ve kept going for my own family is putting a clementine in the bottom of each stocking! We had a rule growing up that we could dig into the candy if we ate the clementine first…
