Peel bananas and cut them into thirds. Place a popsicle stick in the center of one end and place them in the freezer for a couple of hours. To make the coating add the coconut oil to a saucepan and melt over low heat. Whisk in the remaining ingredients until combined. Heat for roughly 2 minutes and then add to a bowl.
Roll each banana into the bowl of coating. Next, roll it in the topping of your choice.
Place completed pops on wax paper until cooled. Once cooled serve and enjoy!
