Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill, then turn down to medium when hot.
Prepare the tuna steaks by coating with Extra Virgin Olive oil, and seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Place on the grill and let cook for 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, assemble your salsa by combining the mango, bell pepper, jicama, cilantro, lime zest, and lime juice in a bowl, and tossing together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Flip the tuna steaks after approximately 4 minutes and cook on the other side until both sides have grill marks, and the center of the tuna steak is still pink (about 4 minutes more).
Top the tuna with the mango salsa and enjoy immediately!
