I’ve been getting a lot of comments recently that my hair has been looking a lot more healthy and full, and first of all, THANK YOU SIS. Much appreciated. LOL. But also it’s kind of blown my mind because in the last couple of months I’ve been using a few products specifically for hair health that have clearly been working wonders! Since we were due for an Eva’s Obsessions post, I figured I would focus it on these products that I’ve been using and REALLY loving. Who doesn’t need some healthier hair in their lives? Especially during the summer months.

Heeta Hair Scalp Massage Shampoo Brush
I had heard about scalp massage brushes being so great for hair health, scalp circulation, and even for hair growth! I had never used one, and ordered this one for under six dollars. I am completely addicted. I use it to massage my scalp well during shampooing, and it really makes my hair feel more voluminous and healthy!

Furterer Complexe 5
This scalp oil is a French girl secret beauty weapon, and I’ve been using for a month before I shampoo. I just put the oil all over my scalp in sections, and then massage with my fingers, throw my hair in to a bun, and wait for ten to twenty minutes before hitting the shower. It’s meant to stimulate your scalp, and nourish it, so that hair and scalp are both healthier. PS- the above hair scalp massager works great to lift the oils during shampooing after treatment!

DevaCurl Wavemaker
This leave in curl enhancer has been working wonders for me! I’ve been trying this summer to leave my hair natural as often as possible, but if I don’t use this cream, my hair can be a frizzy and dull mess. I like to scrunch about a quarter sized amount in to my towel dried hair after a shower, and then allow to air dry! Tip: I also noticed that using this when I do blow out my hair creates amazing hold and stying ability that really lasts!

Rita Hazan Triple Threat Split End Remedy
When I do give myself a blow out, I make sure that my hair is ultra protected form the heat. Especially since I have color treated hair! I love this split end remedy that also works as a heat protectant and leaves my hair smelling great. I use about a quarter sized amount after towel drying!

Hey Eva, I have a trick for you…one of my curly haired friends recommended using a cotton t-shirt post shower to dry/wrap your hair. Terrycloth towels can cause frizz. I thought she was crazy but lots of other on Google agree with her. I tried it and I have noticed much less frizz.
I have actually tried this a couple of times and definitely saw a difference, but I find it hard to keep up!
